The MVR evaporation crystallization device selects falling film + forced circulation evaporation crystallization process; the material after concentrated crystallization is pumped into the thickener for further cooling crystallization, where a large amount of crystallized material enters the centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The separated high-salt content falls onto the belt conveyor, and the centrifuge mother liquor returns to the forced circulation evaporator to continue evaporation crystallization, while non-crystallized substances return to the previous pretreatment system for flocculation and sedimentation. The entire wastewater treatment system does not discharge concentrated liquid outside the system, operates stably, and has a high customer satisfaction rate.
