Mother liquor drying zero discharge evaporation system

During the evaporation crystallization treatment process of zero emission wastewater, approximately 1.5m3/h of mother liquid is continuously generated. This portion of mother liquid has a very high concentration of pollutants such as COD and nitrate ions, which, when returned to the previous system, causes a decrease in evaporation capacity and an increase in mixed salt quantity. The mixed salt produced is required by the environmental protection department to be disposed of as hazardous waste, with treatment costs of about 3000 yuan per ton. To reduce production costs, the mother liquid generated by the system is temporarily stored and partially sent to the ash storage for dust suppression based on the needs of the thermal power ash storage, while the remaining portion of the mother liquid is returned to the previous system, putting significant pressure on production. Treatment capacity: 1.5m3/h, operational flexibility: 60-120%, effluent TDS less than 500 ppm, meeting customer requirements and receiving unanimous praise.
