**** Chemical Co., Ltd. is a technology-based production enterprise that produces pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates.
The main products include an annual output of 2,500 tons of benzofuranone, 2,000 tons of o-chlorobenzamide, 500 tons of o-phthalaldehyde, 500 tons of 2,4-dichlorobutyric acid, 500 tons of 2,4,6-trimethylphenylacetic acid, and 2,000 tons of 2-(1-carboxymethylcyclohexyl) acetic acid. This project’s MVR treatment target is the sodium chloride-containing wastewater produced by **** Chemical Co., Ltd., with a volume of 96 tons/day (4t/h), evaporation volume of 72 tons/day (3t/h), saturated sodium chloride brine, evaporation crystallization, centrifugal separation, and a small amount of mother liquor discharged. The evaporated condensate is included in the sewage treatment plant for biochemical treatment before being discharged in compliance with standards. The customer is very satisfied with the operational effectiveness of the evaporation treatment system designed by our company and has received unanimous praise from the client.
