Zero emission wastewater in the evaporation crystallization treatment process, approximately 1.5m3/h of mother liquid is continuously produced. This portion of mother liquid has extremely high levels of COD, nitrate, and other pollutants, which causes a decrease in system evaporation and an increase in mixed salt when returned to the previous system. The mixed salt produced is required by the environmental protection department to be disposed of as hazardous waste, with treatment costs of about 3000 yuan per ton. To reduce production costs, the mother liquid currently produced is temporarily stored and partially sent to the ash storage for dust reduction based on the needs of the thermal power ash storage, while the remaining portion of the mother liquid is returned to the previous system, putting great pressure on production. Treatment capacity: 1.5m3/h, operational flexibility: 60-120%, outlet TDS less than 500PPm, meeting customer requirements and receiving consistent praise.
