Distillation + Triple Effect Evaporation System
**** Technology Co., Ltd., 8T/H high-salinity wastewater distillation + three-effect treatment project.
Design treatment scale: high-salinity wastewater treatment capacity of 200t/d (8t/h). **** Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the UV curing industry in the field of radiation curing, which is a green and environmentally friendly industry encouraged for development worldwide. The products can be widely used in electronic, printing, food packaging, and medical material fields, including photopolymer coatings, photosensitive imaging materials, photopolymer inks, and holographic laser imaging, in high-tech fields such as integrated circuits, flat panel displays, and 3D printing. They are also widely used in the medical beauty industry, such as dental materials and nail art. The company generates two types of high-concentration high-salinity organic wastewater during production that need to be treated. The first type is a wastewater mixture containing sodium chloride (about 5%), ammonium sulfate (in small amounts), tert-butanol (3%), toluene, sodium carbonate, and other oils, currently generating 20t of wastewater daily, which may expand to about 80t daily in the future. The second type is a wastewater mixture containing sodium carbonate (about 3.5%), sodium chloride (trace amounts), and other organic substances, currently generating 30t of wastewater daily, which may expand to about 120t daily in the future. The tert-butanol wastewater is designed to use distillation to recover high-concentration tert-butanol, which then enters the evaporation system for desalination, with the condensed water being treated in the sewage treatment plant to meet discharge standards. The sodium carbonate high-salinity wastewater is directly evaporated for desalination, with the condensed water reused in production. Customer satisfaction is very high, and the second-phase project has been delivered to our company.
