This cycle provides thermal energy to the evaporation system, thereby reducing the demand for external energy, making it an energy-saving technology. To address issues such as high costs, high energy consumption, high moisture content of crystallized salts, and poor water quality in conventional MVR systems, Jiangsu Yijian Environmental Protection employs methods such as heat exchange with double-tube flow, axial circulation, micro-disturbance crystallization in thickening, and swirl foam separation to reduce investment and operating costs, improving the quality of crystallized salts and secondary steam.
