Falling Film MVR Evaporation System

The MVR evaporation crystallization device adopts a falling film + forced circulation evaporation crystallization process flow; the material after concentration crystallization is pumped by the discharge pump into the thickener for further cooling crystallization, where a large amount of crystalline material is precipitated and enters the centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The separated high-salinity liquid falls onto the belt conveyor, while the centrifuge mother liquor returns to the forced circulation evaporator to continue evaporation crystallization. Non-crystallized substances return to the front pretreatment system for flocculation and sedimentation. The entire wastewater treatment system does not discharge concentrated liquid outside the system, operates stably, and has a high customer satisfaction rate.
