Multi-effect evaporation technology
Multi-effect evaporation is a series evaporation device that uses the secondary steam from the previous effect as the heating steam for the next effect. It is suitable for situations where the price of steam is low and the boiling point of the evaporated material is relatively high. To address issues such as the large number of conventional multi-effect evaporation system equipment, high costs, and long delivery times, Jiangsu Yijian Environmental Protection adopts standardized and modular design, complete sets of electromechanical equipment and instruments for ordering, and batch preparation of non-standard equipment, which reduces project investment costs and shortens delivery times.
MVR stands for Mechanical Vapor Recompression technology. It utilizes the secondary steam and its energy generated by the evaporation system itself to elevate low-grade steam into high-grade steam heat source through the mechanical work of a compressor. This cycle provides thermal energy to the evaporation system, thereby reducing the demand for external energy sources, making it an energy-saving technology.
