MVR+ Single Effect Evaporation Project

**** Chemical Co., Ltd. 5t/h, MVR evaporation + 1.5t/h single-effect evaporation project. **** Chemical Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the processing and production of pesticide active ingredients and formulations. The main material for evaporation in this project is sodium thiosulfate solution, which contains small amounts of sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium formate, and sodium thiocyanate. The system design is divided into two parts: the first part is the MVR evaporation system, designed to handle 120t/h, with an incoming feed pH of around 11, an incoming feed temperature of about 60°C, and an outgoing material specific gravity of 1.4 to 1.45g/cm³, which is then sent to the single-effect evaporation system for further concentration. The second part is the single-effect evaporation system, designed to handle 1.5t/h, with an incoming feed pH of around 11, an incoming feed temperature of about 60°C, and an outgoing material specific gravity of 1.5 to 1.55g/cm³, which is then sent to the next process in the plant. The evaporated condensate is treated in the wastewater treatment station and meets discharge standards. The customer is very satisfied with the operational performance of the evaporation treatment system designed by our company.

Zero Discharge MVR Evaporation System for Electroplating Wastewater

Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. operates in the areas of research and development, and services related to environmental energy technology; research, design, manufacturing, sales, installation, maintenance, and technical services of environmental protection equipment, water treatment equipment, and resource reuse equipment; sales of chemical raw materials (excluding hazardous materials). The company generates high-concentration, high-salinity organic wastewater during production that needs to be disposed of. The electroplating wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 0.5T/H MVR evaporation crystallization with zero discharge. This system is designed for an evaporation rate of 0.5t/h, using the concentrated RO wastewater from previous systems and some high-concentration mother liquor as the source of treated water. Low Temperature MVR Evaporation System

(Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group) is implementing a low-temperature MVR treatment project for wastewater. ***** is a comprehensive pharmaceutical enterprise that focuses equally on chemical raw materials, chemical formulations, and the development of science, technology, and trade. This system is designed to support the hydrochlorothiazide raw material workshop, with the aim of removing aniline compounds from the raw water. The designed treatment capacity is 10 t/d, with a pH of 4-8 and a solid content of 7.6%, which includes approximately 3.2% sodium chloride, 3.8% ammonium chloride, and about 0.6% other organic substances, with a COD of approximately 3000 mg/L. The organic substances do not volatilize during evaporation. The design employs low-temperature MVR evaporation (60-65°C) to concentrate the solution by a factor of 5, resulting in the cold crystallization of organic substances. The high-salinity, high-ammonia mother liquor undergoes alkaline treatment to remove ammonia and produce ammonia water, with a designed ammonia removal rate of 90%. The low-ammonia brine after deammoniation is then added to the biochemical system for compliant discharge. The evaporated condensate is reused in production. This setup meets production needs and has received high customer satisfaction.

This project mainly deals with mixed wastewater from various workshops, with an evaporation capacity of 48 tons per day (2 tons per hour). After the wastewater is evaporated and concentrated, it enters the centrifugation separation stage, and the system has a high degree of automation.
