High-salinity wastewater three-effect evaporation crystallization treatment project

****** Chemical Co., Ltd. mainly produces efficient and low-toxicity agricultural fungicides, especially Kexingdan agricultural fungicide, and plans to become the largest production base for Kexingdan agricultural fungicide in the country and a high-end rubber carbon black production enterprise. In addition, the company also produces pesticides and pesticide intermediates, including an annual output of 600 tons of 2,2-dimethyl-5-(4-chlorobenzyl) cyclopentanone, 500 tons of trimethyl bromosulfone, and 500 tons of leaf fungicide, among others. This project deals with wastewater containing mixed salts, high COD, and high concentration, with a designed evaporation capacity of 4.0t/h, a designed boiling point elevation of about 14°C, and the recovery of mixed salts through evaporation crystallization. The process design involves a three-effect forced circulation evaporation crystallization. The high-salinity wastewater is treated by evaporation desalination, and the condensed water is sent to the sewage station, while the mother liquor is dried, and the crystallized salt is outsourced. The project has been accepted, and customer satisfaction is relatively high.

Falling Film MVR Evaporation System

**** Chemical Co., Ltd., falling film MVR capacity enhancement project. The MVR evaporation crystallization device adopts a falling film + forced circulation evaporation crystallization process flow; the material after concentration crystallization is pumped by the discharge pump into the thickener for further cooling crystallization, where a large amount of crystalline material is precipitated and enters the centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The separated high-salinity liquid falls onto the belt conveyor, while the centrifuge mother liquor returns to the forced circulation evaporator to continue evaporation crystallization. Non-crystallized substances return to the front pretreatment system for flocculation and sedimentation. The entire wastewater treatment system does not discharge concentrated liquid outside the system, operates stably, and has a high customer satisfaction rate.

Mother liquor drying zero discharge evaporation system

During the evaporation crystallization treatment process of zero emission wastewater, approximately 1.5m3/h of mother liquid is continuously generated. The mixed salt produced is required by the environmental protection department to be disposed of as hazardous waste, with treatment costs of about 3000 yuan per ton. Easy and Simple Environmental Low-Temperature MVR Evaporation System

(Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group), Low-Temperature MVR Treatment Project for Production Wastewater.** The pharmaceutical factory is a comprehensive pharmaceutical enterprise that focuses equally on chemical raw materials and pharmaceutical preparations, with a full development in science, industry, and trade. This system is designed to support the hydrochlorothiazide raw material workshop, aiming to remove aniline compounds from the raw water. The designed treatment capacity is 10 t/d, with a pH of 4-8 and a solid content of 7.6%, which includes approximately 3.2% sodium chloride, 3.8% ammonium chloride, and about 0.6% other organic substances, with a COD of approximately 3000 mg/L, where organic substances do not volatilize during evaporation. The design employs low-temperature MVR evaporation (60-65°C) to concentrate the solution by 5 times, resulting in the cold crystallization of organic substances. The high-salinity and high-ammonia mother liquor undergoes alkaline deammonification to produce ammonia water, with a designed deammonification rate of 90%. The low-ammonia brine after deammonification is added to the biochemical system for compliant discharge. The evaporated condensate is reused in production. This meets production needs, and customer satisfaction is very high.

Distillation + Triple Effect Evaporation System

Design treatment scale: High salinity wastewater treatment capacity of 200t/d (8t/h). **** Technology Co., Ltd. operates in the field of UV curing in radiation curing, which is a globally encouraged green and environmentally friendly industry. The products can be widely applied in the fields of electronics, printing, food packaging, and medical materials, including photopolymer coatings, photosensitive imaging materials, photopolymer inks, and holographic laser imaging, in high-tech areas such as integrated circuits, flat panel displays, and 3D printing. They also have extensive applications in the medical beauty industry, such as dental materials and nail art. The company generates two types of high-concentration high-salinity organic wastewater during production that need to be treated. The first type is a mixed wastewater containing sodium chloride (about 5%), ammonium sulfate (in small amounts), tert-butanol (3%), toluene, sodium carbonate, and other oils, currently producing 20t of wastewater per day, which may expand to about 80t per day in the future. The second type is a mixed wastewater containing sodium carbonate (about 3.5%), sodium chloride (trace amounts), and other organic substances, currently producing 30t of wastewater per day, which may expand to about 120t per day in the future. The tert-butanol wastewater is designed to use distillation to recover high-concentration tert-butanol, which then enters the evaporation system for desalination. The condensed water from evaporation is included in the sewage treatment plant for biochemical treatment before being discharged in compliance with standards. The sodium carbonate high-salinity wastewater is directly evaporated for desalination, and the condensed water is reused in production. Customer satisfaction is very high, and the second phase of the project has been entrusted to our company.
